As a Director at Faris Lee Investments, John Giang Tran specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail/mixed-use development, as well as single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investments. Mr. Tran specializes in all commercial real estate assets with creative solutions including but not limited to development advisory, investment finance, fundraising, and pre-sale strategies. In addition, his clients benefit from the Faris Lee Team with over 100+ years of combined experience and the ability to provide a full-service platform advising investors through the entire acquisition process from analytics, site selection, transaction negotiation, and escrow management.

Prior to joining Faris Lee Investments, Mr. Tran spent his time representing local and international investors in the investment of residential and commercial real estate assets. Since 1999, he was involved in shopping center leasing, tenant representation, and business acquisition. Mr. Tran is knowledgeable in purchase financing and has a good understanding of setting up a legal business entity and private equity fund to invest in real estate.

Mr. Tran graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Science degree, and a concentration in finance. Mr. Tran hold his real estate broker license since 2013 and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
