Faris Lee Investments expanded its leadership team, with the addition of five new professionals as part of a larger, strategic business line expansion. The Irvine, CA-based retail advisory and investment sales firm’s six service lines now include; Single Tenant Net Lease, Mid-Market, Anchored Retail, Capital Markets, Acquisitions Services, and Senior Living/Hospitality.

Faris Lee Investments’ Rick Chichester says, “Our recruiting is strategic and lies on three fundamentals: business development, asset underwriting, pricing and positioning, as well as disciplined execution.”

Heading the list of additions is Phil Ramming, who will continue expanding Faris Lee’s National Anchored Retail Investment Group. Ramming, who brings more than 35 years of institutional and entrepreneurial real estate transaction experience, most recently served at Sabal Financial Group, LP, an affiliate of Oaktree Capital.

Also joining the firm are Kirt Boultinghouse in the capital markets group, Tyler Strauss and Hunter Steffien in the Single Tenant Investment Group, and Nick Miller in the National Private Acquisition Advisory Group.
