Brennan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Sustainability and Social Impact, both from Drexel University. While at Drexel, he served as the captain of the lacrosse team. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brennan enjoys golfing, spearfishing, and following Premier League soccer.
