Orange, Calif. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the $2.3 million sale of a 3,600-square-foot, single-tenant retail property in Orange, a city in Southern California.
Thomas Chichester, Joseph Chichester and Matt Brooks of Faris Lee arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, a local private investor. Jones Real Estate represented the buyer, a local dental practice. The new owner plans to convert the space, which is currently leased to a Japanese restaurant, for use as its dental practice.
