Rick Chichester, Donald MacLellan and Thomas Chichester of Faris Lee represented the seller, 550 Larkin Street LLC, and the buyer, Barchester Corp., in the 1031 exchange transaction. CVS/pharmacy has 23 years remaining on its lease.
