Faris Lee Investments has partnered with X Team Retail Advisors, a retail advisory and brokerage network comprised of member firms in 40 North American markets.

The partnership aligns Irvine, CA-based Faris Lee with a platform covering most major U.S. and Canadian markets for sharing client and property level intelligence and local market knowledge.

X Team's North American footprint comprised of more than 250 professionals at 36 member firms distinguishes the network as one of the largest and most comprehensive retail real estate service organizations in the U.S., noted Faris Lee Investments President and CEO Rick Chichester.

Faris Lee leadership, which has cumulatively been involved in more than $20 billion of transactions, is among the most well-recognized firms in the U.S. dedicated to retail property investment advisory, analysis and brokerage, noted Dave Cheatham, president of Phoenix-based Velocity Retail Group and president of X Team.

The California firm will both contribute to and benefit from X Team's local market expertise and international reach in retail leasing and investment sales.
