Faris Lee Investments has hired several new professionals to support its ongoing expansion. The firm is focused on strategic growth in six business groups—single-tenant net-lease, mid-market, anchored retail, capital markets, acquisitions services, and senior living and hospitality. To support this growth, it has hired four new professionals in four of its growth groups.

In the national anchored retail investment group, Faris Lee has hired Phil Ramming as principal to focus on strengthening and creating new relationships with family offices, regional owner/operators, developers, and select private and institutional investors nationally.

In its capital markets group, Faris Lee has hired Kirt Boultinghouse as senior managing director. In the role, he will oversee the group’s business development and will be responsible for building and strengthening new and existing equity relationships.

In the national single-tenant investment group, Tyler Strauss joins the firm as associate. He specializes in acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net leased investments, national portfolios, and sale/leasebacks nationwide.

Finally, in the firm’s national private capital acquisition advisor group, Nick Miller joins the firm as director. He will represent buyers and sellers across retail asset classes and oversee 1031 exchange requirements.
