Before joining Faris Lee, Ty gained valuable industry exposure at The Mogharebi Group and Village Partners. His expertise spans market research, acquisitions, financial modeling, and using CRE data platforms.

Ty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of San Diego and has earned an Argus Enterprise Commercial Real Estate certification from UCLA Extension, as well as his CA Salespersons License. He is deeply committed to utilizing his knowledge and analytical abilities to generate significant value for clients and stakeholders within the commercial real estate sector.
