IRVINE, CALIF. (June 15, 2021) – Faris Lee Investments, a leading retail advisory, and investment sales firm has arranged multiple single tenant net leased sales totaling $76.2 Million across multiple States (CA, UT, GA, WA, LA & KS) during Q-1 2021.
The national single tenant net lease team comprised of Jeff Conover, Scott DeYoung, Hunter Steffien & Tyler Strauss, represented multiple owners & buyers which secured record low cap rates across the US.
The STNL closings were comprised of multiple categories including Home Improvement: Floor & Décor in Fresno, CA; a Harbor Freight Tools in Sandy, UT; Sporting Goods: Dick’s in Topeka, KS; Medical: DaVita in Pomona, CA; Drug Store: CVS Pharmacy in Bakersfield, CA; QSR/Fast Food: Chick-fil-A in Conyers, GA, a Jack in the Box in Signal Hill, CA, and a Taco Bell in Folsom, CA; Banks: Chase Bank in Baton Rouge, LA, a Citibank in San Juan Capistrano, CA, and a Navy Credit Federal Union in Fayetteville, GA; Sit-Down Restaurant: Applebee’s in Signal Hill, CA; and finally Soft Goods: Big Lots in Bellingham, WA, and an ULTA Beauty in Lake Elsinore, CA.
The STNL demand for the Faris Lee team has continued momentum into the 2nd quarter with deals pending in escrow: Albertsons, Mc Donald’s, Hobby Lobby, Chick-fil-A, & CVS Y Mas (partial list).
