Carl’s Jr. has occupied this proven location for 26 years.

The Buyer, a foreign investor from Cambodia was represented by ReMax Real Estate.

Occupying a high-visibility "hard corner" position, the Carl’s Jr. property serves as a focal point for a busy retail center anchored by Fresenius Medical Care. As part of a sophisticated value-creation strategy, the Faris Lee team expertly managed the parcel split from the larger shopping center. This involved the strategic creation and recording of new CC&Rs and a Reciprocal Easement Agreement (REA), ensuring long-term operational harmony and protecting the future value of the site.
