The property sold at an undisclosed price to a private California-based investor.
The center includes a 48,347 SF build-to-suit Publix grocery store, three outparcel pads leased to Heartland Dental, Gusto, and Andy’s Frozen Custard, and 21,747 square feet of in-line retail space anchored by national tenants including Dave’s Hot Chicken, Jersey Mike’s, and Great Clips. Publix opened in April 2025, marking a major retail addition that will service the daily needs to one of metro Atlanta’s most desirable and fastest-growing suburban trade areas.
Strategically located at the signalized intersection of East Highway 34 and Fischer Marketplace Lane, the location benefits from strong population growth, high household incomes, and significant retail traffic drivers including nearby Costco and Sam’s Club. The trade area boasts a large regional draw that draws on residents of Peachtree City, Newnan, Senoia, Fayetteville, and Fairburn.
