Faris Lee Investments in Irvine is expanding into Los Angeles under the leadership of broker Patrick Toomey. Toomey joins Faris Lee from Matthews Retail Advisors, where he served as first vice president and national director. Toomey also spent 10 years with CBRE’s National Retail Investment Group-West.
