As a Director at Faris Lee Investments, Hunter Steffien specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net leased investments with a specific focus in the restaurant industry nationwide.
Prior to joining Faris Lee, Hunter handled the franchise development for a major QSR chain where he gained a profound understanding of what it takes for a restaurant to be successful, including the quality of the real estate, the strength of the operator and the recognition of the brand. Hunter’s deep knowledge of the restaurant industry combined with his tireless work ethic and attention to detail has allowed him to become a great resource to his clients throughout the entire transaction process.
Hunter Steffien is an alumni of Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and St. Margaret’s Episcopal High School in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Hunter played Division IAA Football during his time at Colgate University. His current hobbies include studying history, traveling the world and all things sports related. Hunter is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
