Mr. Conover maintains a high level of control throughout the transaction process, from the initial underwriting and creation of the pricing strategy to closing the deal. He creates and facilitates the marketing, utilizes a high level of sophistication in transaction negotiations, and is able to realize the maximum value for his clients. In addition, he is actively involved throughout the appraisal process, due diligence, financing, and escrow to make sure the deal successfully closes. Throughout his career, he has closed over 1500 commercial real estate transactions valuing over $10 Billion. His innovative pricing and marketing strategies have proved to be powerful, resulting in the lowest cap rate to the highest cost psf across the US. Mr. Conover’s client types include merchant developers, private and institutional ownership, 1031 exchange investors, family office, public & private REITs & high net worth individuals.
Prior to joining Faris Lee Investments in 1998, Mr. Conover was a top producing broker with the Grubb & Ellis Company, Newport Beach office and was appointed Vice President. Mr. Conover specialized in tenant representation and property representation services for Retail Commercial Shopping Centers, and provided site acquisition and disposition on behalf of developers and tenants.
Mr. Conover graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree, emphasizing business administration. Furthermore, Mr. Conover is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He was also licensed (Series 7 and 63) to handle all buy/sell orders on the listed security exchanges and the over-the-counter market. His other avid interests include surfing, skiing and vintage Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
