Kenneth Nishikawa is a Financial Analyst at Faris Lee Investments, where he provides financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research support to the brokerage team. His responsibilities include underwriting investment opportunities, preparing offering memorandums, analyzing market fundamentals, and developing financial analyses that assist clients and advisors throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
Prior to joining Faris Lee Investments, Kenneth worked as a Real Estate Development Intern at Jamison Properties, where he focused on multifamily and affordable housing developments throughout Southern California. He performed development feasibility analyses, constructed financial models for ground-up residential projects, and evaluated Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investments, building a strong foundation in real estate underwriting, market analysis, and development economics.
Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. While at USC, he completed the Ross Program in Real Estate Finance and Development through the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and was an active member of the USC Trojan Marching Band. His academic and extracurricular experiences helped develop the discipline, collaboration, and analytical skills that he brings to his work today.
Kenneth supports a wide range of investment assignments through detailed analysis and a thoughtful approach to problem solving. He is committed to delivering accurate, data-driven insights that help clients navigate an evolving commercial real estate market.
Outside of the office, Kenneth enjoys strength training, playing bass guitar, and following fashion and menswear trends.
